Geldards’ Corporate team has successfully advised Dutch-based Whitevision Holding B.V, a market leader in intelligent document processing software, on the acquisition of document management solutions specialist Document Logistix Ltd
Whitevision Holding, which is owned by Main Capital Partners, supplies digital solutions that automate document processes and improve organisational efficiency across a wide range of sectors, including construction, professional services, logistics, technology and automotive. Headquartered in Breda in The Netherlands, Whitevision Holding continues to expand its product offering and international footprint with the strategic acquisition of Document Logistix Ltd, providing the group with a foothold in the UK market.
Document Logistix is headquartered in Milton Keynes and provides award-winning operational document digitisation for SMEs and large organisations, helping clients reduce reliance on paper and strengthen information governance.
Geldards Corporate team advised Whitevision Holding throughout the acquisition, drawing on expertise from colleagues across the firm to deliver a full service, integrated approach.
