Geldards strengthen Derby Employment team with new appointment

Here at Geldards, we are expanding our Employment team in Derby with the appointment of Associate Stephanie Cooper.

Stephanie is an experienced employment and HR solicitor and joins from Anthony Collins Solicitors in Birmingham.

Stephanie brings a wealth of experience to the team having worked with a range of national and regional clients during her career to date.  She regularly advises on a variety of day-to-day employment and HR issues, including restructuring and redundancies, disciplinaries and grievances, contracts of employment and handbooks and settlement agreements.

In addition to the day-to-day aspects of employment and HR, Stephanie has a breadth of experience in dealing with Employment Tribunal proceedings.  She has defended a wide range of claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.

Stephanie enjoys working closely with clients to get to know their requirements in order to provide clear, concise and tailored advice.
