Geldards successfully advises Edwards Diving Services on sale to Renew Holdings plc

Geldards’ Corporate team has successfully advised the shareholders of Edwards Diving Services Ltd, a specialist marine and civil engineering contractor, on its sale to Envolve Infrastructure Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of Renew Holdings plc).

Established in 1992, Edwards Diving Services (EDS) started life as a specialist inshore diving contractor based in Caerphilly. The business has since grown into a trusted marine and civil engineering partner, offering technical expertise, bespoke equipment and fabrication facilities to resolve complex engineering solutions.

The £13 million acquisition of EDS by specialist civil engineering firm Envolve Infrastructure, expands the group’s capabilities and represents a strong strategic fit for the two businesses.
