Jonathan is an experienced dispute resolution partner advising both public and private sector clients on a range of disputes and litigation issues.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Wales, College Cardiff. He trained with Geldards qualifying in 1991, when he joined the firm’s dispute resolution team. He became a Partner in 2002.
Jonathan specialises in public sector litigation particularly judicial review. He regularly advises on procurement disputes and has participated in public enquiries. He also advises on contract, defamation and media related disputes.
Jonathan played water polo at international level for 12 years and still plays an active role in the sport, particularly as an administrator. He has been a member of the Amateur Swimming Association’s Independent Disciplinary and Dispute Resolution Judicial Panel.
Jonathan was born and brought up in Skewen. He now lives in Cardiff with his partner and two teenage sons.
