Amy acts on behalf of Claimants who have suffered injuries as a result of medical negligence. She has dealt with claims against both private practices and the NHS. Amy also has experience of advising clients under the NHS Redress – Putting Things Right complaints process. Amy has gained experience in dealing with a wide range of medical negligence claims including spinal injuries, DVT, delay in diagnosis of cancer claims, pregnancy and maternal injury claims and cosmetic surgery claims.
