Charlotte is an Education Solicitor, based in our London office with a particular interest in special educational needs (SEN). As the sibling of someone with SEN and being Dyslexic and Dyscalculic herself, she understands firsthand the challenges that families face to secure the right education for their children. After qualifying in 2023, she has developed a reputation for providing the clear, pragmatic advice and representation her clients need.
She is experienced in acting for clients through every step of the SEND journey; from a failure to conduct an Education, health and Care Need Assessment (ECHNA) through to the First-tier Tribunal.
She is experienced in Pre-Action correspondence against Local Authorities, threatening Judicial Review proceedings against failures to comply with statutory duties.
It is her goal to achieve speedy resolution that does not compromise on achieving the right result for the child.
