Chloe is a Solicitor in the Networks Team, specialising in all aspects of general commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals, asset and estate management, lease negotiations, easement negotiations, and related property matters.
Before qualifying as a solicitor in 2023, Chloe gained extensive experience in both residential and commercial property. She joined Geldards with over eight years’ experience advising on a wide range of property matters.
Chloe has substantial experience dealing with registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold property matters, including high-value and complex transactions, as well as general land and Land Registry issues.
