Daniel is a paralegal in the Education team and assists on a wide range of education issues. These include special educational needs and appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.
Prior to joining Geldards, Daniel worked as a Senior Tribunal Officer where he was responsible for representing a Local Authority before the First-Tier Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal. As a result of this experience Daniel decided he wanted to work much more closely with those appealing to the Tribunal and developed a passion for SEN/Education Law.
