Giselle is a Consultant and former head of the firm’s Charities Team.
Giselle continues to advise the firm’s clients upon a wide range of matters including charity governance, charity formations, charity mergers and charity trading.
She advises key clients on large-scale projects, along with other members of the team. Among her clients are many national charities and most of the largest Welsh charities.
