With over 25 years’ experience, Jessie’s extensive expertise covers a broad range of property-related disciplines including property development and house builders, acquisitions and disposals, residential property, leasehold enfranchisement and secured lending. Jessie has significant experience in dealing with both private and public sector clients. She currently manages a team servicing the work for a major London Local Authority Trading Company who she introduced to the firm, and also manages a portfolio of high net worth clients. Her previous experience includes managing a plot sale team for a national housebuilder client and managing plot sales for an iconic landmark building in Cardiff. Jessie was also previously seconded to the Welsh Government, which gave her invaluable experience of working in house for a government body.
Jessie is heavily involved in client care, client management, business development and cross referrals. With client care being her passion, and at the forefront of everything she does, Jessie is the Client Relationship Partner for major clients across the firm.
