Rebecca is part of the Public Sector team advising local authorities and other public sector bodies on a range of projects including, regeneration and development projects, governance arrangements and commercial contracts. She has been actively involved in advising local authorities on options for income generation and commercialisation including through alternative delivery models, joint venture arrangements, collaboration agreements and disposal of assets.
Rebecca assists on a range of regeneration and development projects including, advising on structures, development agreements, title investigations, land assembly, acquisitions and disposals and management agreements. She has experience of advising on and setting up corporate vehicles including options appraisals, drafting documentation and incorporation. She also advises on a range of commercial agreements including service contracts, collaboration agreements, funding agreements and transfer agreements. Rebecca also has experience of advising local authorities and schools on academy conversions.
