He specialises in a broad spectrum of corporate affairs including the purchase and sale of businesses and companies, MBOs and Joint Venture Agreements. Simon has particular expertise in the Motor Retail and Sports sectors and his clients include high net worth individuals, SME’s and large corporate bodies.
Simon has extensive experience in the purchase and disposal of both businesses and companies, Management Buy Outs and Joint Ventures for both small and large companies. He has particular experience in the purchase and disposal of motor retail dealerships where he acts for some of the leading motor retailers. Simon also has particular expertise in the sports sector, predominantly football, where he has advised on the sale and purchase of football clubs along with general law advice to Clubs including regulatory matters.
