Geldards advise ITA Group on acquisition of experiential learning company NKD

Geldards’ Corporate team has successfully advised ITA Group, a global leader in corporate engagement solutions, on the acquisition of London-based employee engagement and experiential learning company NKD.

ITA Group delivers custom-crafted global engagement solutions to drive business results for some of the world’s biggest brands globally and throughout the U.S. The acquisition of NKD provided an opportunity to add experiential learning capabilities to ITA’s suite of solutions
