Amy is a Senior Associate in the Property team and advises on a broad range of commercial property matters.
She has experience advising on transactions covering the entire life cycle of a property asset, from initial financing, due diligence, development and acquisition/disposal through to leasing, asset management, portfolio management and landlord and tenant matters.
Amy undertakes a wide range of property work on behalf of substantial listed companies, pension funds and government organisations. Amy specialises in acting for institutional investors and has experience in purchasing shopping centres, multi-let industrial estates, office blocks, retail outlets and business parks together with the subsequent asset management work. Amy also has experience in acting for major UK banks and building societies in all aspects of property finance, in particular acquisition finance in respect of various types of investment properties and speculative development finance.
